This pack will contain:

  • Our Authority Form

    In order to advise you of all your options regarding raising funds we will need precise details of the type of pension you hold and its value. Only your pension company can tell us this but they cannot do so without your written permission.

    Please complete this form as fully as possible, the more information you can provide the easier it will be to trace your pension details. Please show all your pensions on the form. This is important as other pensions may affect how much cash or income you may be able to take. Please sign and return this form to us.

    Where applicable we will ask for the IFA agency to be amended to ourselves to ensure that information is sent to us as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Our Client Agreement & "About Our Services"

    These documents explain in detail the service we provide and how we are remunerated. You should read these documents carefully. Please sign and return the Client Agreement to us, retaining the About Our Services document for your records. To view our Client Agreement now click here *
  • Free "How It Works" Brochure

    We will enclose a brochure which explains step by step how to access your pension and includes a section explaining the drawbacks and possible alternatives to raising a lump sum.
  • Personal Information Leaflet

    This document will explain your statutory rights under the Data Protection Act 1998, and how we will use any personal information you provide.

We will also enclose a freepost envelope (no stamp required) for you to return our Authority Form and Client Agreement. Once we have received these signed documents we can start to investigate if you are able to Unlock Your Pension, and if this is appropriate for you.
